White Chocolate Orange Cranberry Biscotti (3)


Like many of our treats, this biscotto nods at several very different ends of our area’s heritage. The idea of making biscotti for our holiday cookie tin came to me on an outing for wood-fired pizza at one of our many Italian-owned local wineries. The orange comes from the Dutch settlers, for whom the orange was both a national symbol, and–in clove-studded form–a popular holiday gift.
