All of our breads are made with our house sourdough combined with New York State grains. Our signature breads include airy Tartine-style rounds, 100% whole-grain low-gluten wheat sandwich breads, and seeded rye loaves, and we offer regular seasonal varieties incorporating rare grains and local herbs.
Vegan Baked Goods
All of our baked goods are 100% vegan, with plant-based butter, flax, and vegan sugar, and and gluten-free. We highlight New York-grown non-gluten grains like oats, buckwheat, corn, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Our goal is to create food everyone in the family can eat together; non-vegans and people who aren't eating gluten-free love everything we make just as much as those with dietary restrictions.
All of our jams derive their sweetness fruit the fruits they're made from with just enough unrefined sugar to make a safe combination for canning. Most of our jams, which come in apricot, blueberry, peach, cherry, and more fruit flavors, are made with honey and maple from right here in the Hudson Valley instead of industrially processed sugar for a 100% local, naturally sweetened treat.
Our teas and coffee substitutes run the gamut from a new way to start your morning with a native North American take on Earl Gray to a perfect pick-me-up in the middle of a long day, and a decadent treat to pamper yourself when you need something that feels gluttonous without being bad for you. We feature native yaupon in our caffeinated trees, locally-sourced herbs in our herbal teas, and NY-grown malted barley in our caffeine-free herbal coffee.
Once the summer jam canning rush dies down, we are very excited to present new savory offerings in addition to our regular savory scones and biscuits. We'll be featuring cracker sheets studded with herbs and edible flowers, hearty seeded crackers, and popcorn flavored with smoked peppers and vegetables from our farm tossed in our own herbal seasoning salts.
Items and Treats
Our granolas, from our regular Kingston 1669 blend to seasonal jam granolas, are a major backbone of our breakfast offerings, but we've got more to stock your pantry with. You can grab our gluten-free pancake and waffle mix using NY gluten-free grains year-round. At the end of the season, our last herbs go into our seasoning salts, and over the holidays, we offer a selection of vegan confections, toffees, and brittles to enjoy or give as gifts.

There are three ways to get your treats: pick-up at one of our pop-up farmers' market appearances, delivery during our weekly round in the Hudson Valley and select locations in New York City, or online order with USPS priority mail delivery for addresses within New York State.
