For our new fall granola, we’ve combined local saffron and honey with farm-fresh hazelnuts and a touch of cinnamon and cardamom for a breakfast reminiscent of that most sumptuous dessert: baklava.
Ingredients: Gluten-free oats, Freddy Guys hazelnuts, Bee Hollow medium honey, Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils sunflower oil, cinnamon, cardamom, Green Owl Farm saffron.
