We use this oil in surprising settings, like a NY-ingredient-focused version of a classic Italian olive oil cake. Of course, it’s also perfect for salad! We use it on every salad we make now that we’ve discovered its amazing flavor. Like olive oil, it has a low smoke point, of 250 degree F, so avoid high heat frying with it.
