This granola marries the need for something comforting on the rainy days with the yearning for something light and bright to echo spring’s sunnier days.

Earthy buckwheat groats are toasting to create a crunchy, pop-y granola with a faint hint of lavender speaking to the summer to come. Blueberries add both depth (from wild blueberries soaked in maple syrup) and brightness (from pops of dried blueberries).
