Our highly limited spring flower granolas are based on wild flowers that we pick and preserve each spring. To best capture their heady aromas, each spring flower is persevered differently—wild violets in honey, dandelions as a syrup, and cherry blossoms as an extract. We then enhance the floral flavor with a natural sweetener selected not to overpower it and a dried fruit to complement it. Enjoy these last burst of spring flowers!
